1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, selecting a membership, or using Strength Connect™, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Nature of Services
Strength Connect™ is a fitness staffing platform that connects certified fitness professionals (“sellers”) with gym owners and operators (“buyers”) through a job-posting and project-based system.
- Fitness professionals create service profiles and apply for one-time or project job opportunities.
- Gym owners post job listings, browse professional profiles, and hire qualified candidates directly through the platform.
3. Membership & Payment Terms
3.1 Fitness Professional Memberships
- Fitness professionals select from one of three membership tiers (Economy, Standard, Extended).
- Each tier includes access to a set number of job applications and featured listings.
- Memberships are non-recurring and must be renewed manually.
- Membership grants platform access but does not guarantee job placement.
3.2 Gym Owner Memberships
- Gym owners select from one of three membership tiers (Economy, Standard, Extended).
- Plans include job posting limits and featured post options.
- Membership does not include direct hiring outside of the platform unless a finder’s fee is applied (see Section 6).
- All payments are securely processed through WooCommerce/Stripe.
3.3 Platform Commission
- A 10% service commission is automatically applied to each completed task or project.
- This commission is deducted from the fitness professional’s earnings.
- Strength Connect™ reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice.
3.4 Minimum Transactions
- The minimum amount that can be withdrawn from a user’s earnings is $25.
- The minimum amount that can be added to a user account is $15.
3.5 Location Disclaimer
Strength Connect™ is currently live in select launch cities only (e.g., Los Angeles, Denver, and Houston).
We are rolling out city by city to ensure quality connections between gym owners and coaches.
By signing up, users acknowledge that if they are located outside of our current service areas, access to local opportunities may be limited. Refunds are not issued based on location unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Anti-Discrimination Policy
Strength Connect™ prohibits discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, nationality, or any protected class.
- Gym owners must evaluate professionals based on qualifications and conduct.
- Fitness professionals agree to conduct themselves with professionalism and inclusivity.
- Violations may result in account termination.
5. Non-Compete Agreement
- Fitness professionals may not bypass the platform by soliciting direct work from gym owners outside of Strength Connect™.
- Gym owners agree not to hire fitness professionals met through the platform without using the platform’s tools.
6. Finder’s Fee Protection Agreement
If a gym owner hires a fitness professional outside of the platform after initial contact was made on Strength Connect™, the following finder’s fees apply:
- Within 30 days: 20% of estimated annual compensation
- 31–60 days: 15%
- 61–90 days: 10%
Failure to comply may result in account suspension or legal action.
7. Profile Accuracy & Verification
All users certify that the information submitted (certifications, experience, identity) is accurate.
Strength Connect™ reserves the right to verify credentials.
Misrepresentation may result in removal from the platform.
8. Post-Session Reviews & Ratings
- Both parties agree to submit reviews after each session.
- Reviews include 1–5 star ratings and optional written feedback.
- Failure to review may reduce visibility or trigger restrictions.
9. Refund Policy
- All memberships and services are non-refundable unless a written exception is granted.
- Accounts suspended for violations are not eligible for refunds.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Strength Connect™ does not guarantee job matches, income, or safety.
Gym owners and professionals are responsible for their agreements and behavior.
We are not liable for injuries, disputes, or damages arising from arrangements.
11. Intellectual Property
All Strength Connect™ branding, content, and technology are protected.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
12. Modifications to Terms
Strength Connect™ may update these terms at any time.
Users will be notified via email or on-site notice.
13. Account Termination
Accounts may be suspended or deleted for:
- Violations of terms
- Fraud or misrepresentation
- Hiring or soliciting off-platform
- Harassment or discrimination
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by U.S. law and resolved through binding arbitration.
