1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, selecting a membership, or using Strength Connect™, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.


2. Nature of Services

Strength Connect™ is a fitness staffing platform that connects certified fitness professionals (“sellers”) with gym owners and operators (“buyers”) through a job-posting and project-based system.

  • Fitness professionals create service profiles and apply for one-time or project job opportunities.
  • Gym owners post job listings, browse professional profiles, and hire qualified candidates directly through the platform.

3. Membership & Payment Terms

3.1 Fitness Professional Memberships

  • Fitness professionals select from one of three membership tiers (Economy, Standard, Extended).
  • Each tier includes access to a set number of job applications and featured listings.
  • Memberships are non-recurring and must be renewed manually.
  • Membership grants platform access but does not guarantee job placement.

3.2 Gym Owner Memberships

  • Gym owners select from one of three membership tiers (Economy, Standard, Extended).
  • Plans include job posting limits and featured post options.
  • Membership does not include direct hiring outside of the platform unless a finder’s fee is applied (see Section 6).
  • All payments are securely processed through WooCommerce/Stripe.

4. Anti-Discrimination Policy

Strength Connect™ prohibits discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, nationality, or any protected class.

  • Gym owners must evaluate professionals based on qualifications and conduct.
  • Fitness professionals agree to conduct themselves with professionalism and inclusivity.
  • Violations may result in account termination.

5. Non-Compete Agreement

  • Fitness professionals may not bypass the platform by soliciting direct work from a gym owner or their members outside of Strength Connect™.
  • Gym owners agree not to hire fitness professionals met through the platform without using the platform’s tools for engagement and payment.

6. Finder’s Fee Protection Agreement

If a gym owner hires a fitness professional outside of the platform after initial contact was made on Strength Connect™, the following finder’s fees apply:

  • Within 30 days: 20% of estimated annual compensation
  • 31–60 days: 15%
  • 61–90 days: 10%

Failure to report or comply may result in account suspension or legal recourse.


7. Profile Accuracy & Verification

All users certify that the information submitted (including certifications, experience, and identity) is accurate.

  • Strength Connect™ reserves the right to verify credentials or request documentation.
  • Misrepresentation may result in removal from the platform.

8. Post-Session Reviews & Ratings

  • Both gym owners and fitness professionals agree to submit post-session reviews.
  • Reviews include star ratings (1–5) and optional written feedback based on session quality, communication, and professionalism.
  • Failure to complete reviews may result in limited visibility or platform restrictions.

9. Refund Policy

  • All memberships and services are non-refundable unless a written exception is granted.
  • Accounts suspended due to violations are not eligible for refunds.

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • Strength Connect™ does not guarantee job matches, income, or safety.
  • Gym owners and professionals are responsible for their own agreements and interactions.
  • Strength Connect™ is not liable for injuries, damages, or disputes arising from job arrangements.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, branding, trademarks, and content associated with Strength Connect™ are protected intellectual property.
  • Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

12. Modifications to Terms

  • Strength Connect™ may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Users will be notified via email or platform notice when significant changes are made.

13. Account Termination

Strength Connect™ reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts for:

  • Violation of platform rules
  • Fraud or misrepresentation
  • Soliciting or hiring outside the platform
  • Harassment or discrimination

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
