Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">By creating an account, selecting a membership, or using Strength Connect\u2122, you agree to these Terms &amp; Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Nature of Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Strength Connect\u2122 is a fitness staffing platform that connects certified fitness professionals (\u201csellers\u201d) with gym owners and operators (\u201cbuyers\u201d) through a job-posting and project-based system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Fitness professionals create service profiles and apply for one-time or project job opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Gym owners post job listings, browse professional profiles, and hire qualified candidates directly through the platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Membership &amp; Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\" wp-block-heading\">3.1 Fitness Professional Memberships<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Fitness professionals select from one of three membership tiers (Economy, Standard, Extended).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Each tier includes access to a set number of job applications and featured listings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Memberships are non-recurring and must be renewed manually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Membership grants platform access but does not guarantee job placement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\" wp-block-heading\">3.2 Gym Owner Memberships<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Gym owners select from one of three membership tiers (Economy, Standard, Extended).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Plans include job posting limits and featured post options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Membership does not include direct hiring outside of the platform unless a finder\u2019s fee is applied (see Section 6).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">All payments are securely processed through WooCommerce\/Stripe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\" wp-block-heading\">3.3 Platform Commission<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">A 10% service commission is automatically applied to each completed task or project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">This commission is deducted from the fitness professional\u2019s earnings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Strength Connect\u2122 reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\" wp-block-heading\">3.4 Minimum Transactions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">The minimum amount that can be withdrawn from a user\u2019s earnings is $25.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The minimum amount that can be added to a user account is $15.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\" wp-block-heading\">3.5&nbsp;<strong>Location Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Strength Connect\u2122 is currently live in select launch cities only (e.g., Los Angeles, Denver, and Houston).<br>We are rolling out city by city to ensure quality connections between gym owners and coaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">By signing up, users acknowledge that if they are located outside of our current service areas, access to local opportunities may be limited. Refunds are not issued based on location unless otherwise stated in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Anti-Discrimination Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Strength Connect\u2122 prohibits discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, nationality, or any protected class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Gym owners must evaluate professionals based on qualifications and conduct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Fitness professionals agree to conduct themselves with professionalism and inclusivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Violations may result in account termination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Non-Compete Agreement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Fitness professionals may not bypass the platform by soliciting direct work from gym owners outside of Strength Connect\u2122.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Gym owners agree not to hire fitness professionals met through the platform without using the platform\u2019s tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Finder\u2019s Fee Protection Agreement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">If a gym owner hires a fitness professional outside of the platform after initial contact was made on Strength Connect\u2122, the following finder\u2019s fees apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Within 30 days: 20% of estimated annual compensation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">31\u201360 days: 15%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">61\u201390 days: 10%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Failure to comply may result in account suspension or legal action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Profile Accuracy &amp; Verification<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">All users certify that the information submitted (certifications, experience, identity) is accurate.<br>Strength Connect\u2122 reserves the right to verify credentials.<br>Misrepresentation may result in removal from the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Post-Session Reviews &amp; Ratings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Both parties agree to submit reviews after each session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Reviews include 1\u20135 star ratings and optional written feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Failure to review may reduce visibility or trigger restrictions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">All memberships and services are non-refundable unless a written exception is granted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Accounts suspended for violations are not eligible for refunds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Liability Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Strength Connect\u2122 does not guarantee job matches, income, or safety.<br>Gym owners and professionals are responsible for their agreements and behavior.<br>We are not liable for injuries, disputes, or damages arising from arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">All Strength Connect\u2122 branding, content, and technology are protected.<br>Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Modifications to Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Strength Connect\u2122 may update these terms at any time.<br>Users will be notified via email or on-site notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading\"><strong>13. Account Termination<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Accounts may be suspended or deleted for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Violations of terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Fraud or misrepresentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Hiring or soliciting off-platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Harassment or discrimination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading\"><strong>14.
